How can therapy help?
_______

Psychotherapy can help you navigate life's challenges, whether they are long-standing issues or a sudden life change like a divorce or death. Through therapy, you can gain self-awareness and take ownership of your personal development, leading to meaningful and progressive changes.
What is the difference between psychotherapy and psychoanalysis?
_______

Psychotherapy is a broad term for talk therapy that can help with specific symptoms or life issues, often in a short-term, weekly format. Psychoanalysis, on the other hand, is a specific and more intensive type of psychotherapy. It is a long-term process that goes deeper, exploring how your unconscious mind and past experiences influence your current problems. This work is supported by the increased frequency of sessions, typically three to four times a week, which helps create a continuous space for deeper exploration. While psychotherapy might focus on solving a particular issue, psychoanalysis aims to help you understand your entire self, leading to more profound and lasting change.
